Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and this site ("we"). Registering an account or placing an order means you have read and accept all terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the service immediately.

1. Service

We provide the following services:

• Reseller of the Japan Rakuten SIM (070-prefix prepaid physical SIM)
• Direct domestic shipping for buyers
• Provides a setup guide and one-on-one remote help to get online
• Provides after-sales support and renewal assistance

We are not the issuer or carrier of this card and cannot handle issues within their official service scope on their behalf (such as grading network faults, disputes over charges, or complaints to their official support).

2. Scope of Use & Compliance

You agree not to use the SIM card for:

• Telecom fraud, money laundering, illegal traffic-driving and other criminal activities
• Using it to receive codes or notifications from fraudulent, gambling, pornographic or other illegal platforms
• Actions that compromise others' network security
• Other actions that violate PRC laws or the laws of the SIM card's place of use

You bear all consequences of using this card. If we discover or receive verified reports of abuse, we'll ban the account immediately and reserve the right to pursue legal action.

3. Ordering & Payment

• The order price is the amount shown on the page at checkout
• Payment is by WeChat or Alipay QR scan; after paying, add support on WeChat and send a screenshot to verify the order
• Once verified, the order moves to "Paid" and shipping is arranged
• Normal dispatch is within 2 business days of payment, with nationwide delivery in 2–4 days
• Payment uses a general collection QR code; enter the "actual amount" shown on the order page yourself and double-check before paying

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Cards never used: within 7 days of delivery, if the card is physically damaged or can't register on the network, return it and we'll cover shipping and fully refund or replace it.
• Cards already used: the 12-month validity starts on first use; as a digital service, it can't be returned once used.
• Returns due to the buyer's own reasons (change of mind, wrong address, refusal to accept) require the buyer to cover round-trip shipping
• Delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, logistics strikes, epidemics, etc.) are shared by both parties

5. Account Rules

• You must register with a real, valid email address that you own
• Please keep your password safe; you bear the consequences of account leakage or theft due to your own actions
• Using scripts, crawlers or other automation to fake orders, register or send codes is prohibited
• We may restrict, ban or close accounts that violate the above rules

6. Disclaimer

• Network quality, data allowance, speed-limit and validity rules and renewal pricing are set by the issuer/carrier and are outside our control; this page is updated if they change
• This is an individual operation and we are not liable for losses caused by changes in the issuer's policies or official suspension of numbers or services
• Some platforms block certain number ranges or carriers; we can't guarantee the card works for verification codes on every platform
• Renewal fees are charged by the Japanese official side; their price and page changes are outside our control
• We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by force majeure or third-party service outages (such as Cloudflare / Resend)

7. Intellectual Property

The page design, written content and tutorial screenshots on this site (except parts from official issuers) are our own work and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without authorization. "Rakuten" and related trademarks belong to their respective owners; this site is not affiliated with or authorized by them.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Major changes will be clearly flagged at the top of the page; continuing to use the service means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree, please stop using the service and you may request account deletion.

9. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a lawsuit before a court with jurisdiction.
